A poster you can trust, and a door that opens in a minute

The host fills in a date, a place and a deadline; a preset fills in the basics and the nominations, a one-line brief drafts criteria and a timeline — all of it editable. Out comes a page a stranger can read and decide to come to without asking a question. Five minutes, start to poster.

At the door — a QR on the wall or an invite link in the chat — you are inside: the schedule, your table, the stream link on each stage. And nobody wanders the room alone: on every event page the table of free agents is open before you sign up, so you can see who else is coming solo and sit down next to them.

One deadline for the whole room

Everyone in the room shares one moment, wherever they are; the schedule ticks toward it stage by stage. A submission is evidence — a demo, a repository, screenshots, a video — and every project that makes it is on the wall from the moment it is in, first to last.

That is the whole point of the evening: permission to stop polishing and show it raw, in front of people who understand what they are looking at.

Judged against a rubric set before the night began

Criteria with weights, written by the host before the night, the same for every judge. Judges come in by link, no account needed; every project on one panel, with a box under each to write what they saw — a sentence for the team, not just a number. The room votes too, and the vote is shown as support; it never outranks a judge.

Then the winners are published, when the host says so — names first, placement one quiet line under them. The reveal is the one place this product allows itself drama: full screen for the projector, the nomination, a drumroll, the name in big type, the faces. Nowhere else.

The room is empty. The page is not.

Title, team, date, screenshots, what the judges wrote — at a URL that will not move, ever. It hangs on the showcase wall next to every other night, and on each builder's own shelf. Placement is a line inside it, not the headline; the page is the thing you send to your mother.

The evening's own page stays too: poster, every project, the winners, one link for whoever paid for the pizza. The host clones the setup (rubric, nominations, schedule) for the next date in a click, and last night's judges are one invite away. One evening is an event. A monthly one is a scene.
